The Brooklyn Crown Condominiums building, located in the Crown Heights neighborhood, is a collection of 27 renovated pre-war residences, now reconstructed for modern living. 

Lingineering provided building description and condition report of the offering plan, as well as the design and filing of a laundry room and sprinkler system for this condo conversion project.  We surveyed the premises to verify existing conditions, made recommendations and cost estimates for remedial work, and prepared the report for the Attorney General.  The project also involved mechanical and electrical engineering design services.
