Located in Queens’ Kew Gardens neighborhood, Curzon House is a residential property built in 1939.  The roof and façade are showing signs of deterioration and now requires repair.  

Lingineering is providing exterior restoration consulting and engineering design services to correct the deteriorating conditions observed at the roof, façade, and chimney in accordance with the investigation results.  Services include leak investigations and preparation of a project manual, bid reviews for contractor selection process, filing all necessary applications with the NYC DOB, and construction administration involving reviewing reports, drawings, and progress.
