Stevenson Commons is a mixed-use apartment and commercial building development consisting of three 24-story and six 6-story buildings housing a total of 948 units as well as retail commercial space located outside the main entrance.   The southeast Bronx development was built in 1977.    

Lingineering provided Local Law 11 services to bring the building envelops up to code and is continuing with leak investigation, design, and construction administration services. The project consists of preparation of project manual, and construction negotiation and administration.  Exterior repairs will consist of concrete patching, waterproofing at concrete eyebrows, as well as masonry replacement and repointing.
