Stratford Tower is a 11-story multi-family residential building built in 1966 in the Soundview neighborhood in Bronx, New York.  

Lingineering is implementing all necessary repair work cited in a previous Local Law 11 Report and observed during design and construction phases. We are also providing the report and filing with New York City Department of Buildings to comply with the latest Local Law 11 Cycle requirements.  These services are executed through the preparation of a project manual to outline the extent of work needed including priority of repairs, bid analysis and review of qualified contractors, filing with the DOB including special inspections and coordinating with qualified testing laboratory for asbestos, and construction administration for quality control and assurance. Our newest task includes performing structural calculations and evaluating existing roof deck load capacity to receive a new green roof.
